DROP CYCLE

Water is essential for every living form and ecosystem. A drop may form when vapor condenses on the surface of the forest during the night or on foggy days. Every drop is a treasure for the land and the organic living forms on it. My work is inspired by this condensation process and is presented as a three-dimensional phenakistoscope. The work shows a continuous loop in which the drop formation drips back into the sky as if it could remember the place it came from. At the same time, the water cycle is shorter every time due to the greenhouse effect.
