Have you ever felt like walking up to the tree instead of climbing? Exploring space without leaving footprints and walking so quietly that you can focus on nature's sounds around you?

Tensile is a textile installation floating between the trees. This installation is woven with a variety of colors and textures to stimulate your senses, inspired by structures like spider webs and silk cocoons that insects use to hang themselves searching for protection in the air. I want people to experience space while bouncing and floating above the ground while feeling the vibrations through the structure.

All the fabric is repurposed material donated by Yee Chain International Co.
